Nino

8 year old Nino is a 16-pound chihuahua mix. This dear fellow is a sensitive guy who is longing for a family of his own. He enjoys the comforts of home and being near his family. The ideal home for Nino is calm and predictable….this guy likes to relax. Nino can usually be found napping on a pile of blankets while the warmth of the sunbeams stream through the window.

Nino has always lived with other small dogs and would enjoy a home with a confident, canine companion that is his size. Nino’s history with cats is unknown, therefore, any cats in the home should have a safe place to observe Nino as he adjusts to his new environment. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of young children, his rescuers are asking for a home without children under 12 years of age.
