Found PERMANENT FOSTER HOME : Shih tzu, not-yet-neutered male, 18#. His shelter foster mom says he’s smart, social, non-aggressive, and a brave wee soul! Housebroken, good about baths, cuddly; after the horrible mats were shaved off he was just thrilled and pranced around. He enjoys the yard and the sun! We don’t know for sure how he does with other dogs but he came from a very large confiscate so undoubtedly was around others? He does have a big heart murmur and a wheezy cough that is better on medication. He needs to see a cardiologist ASAP. He also has “dry eye” (takes the eye drops well) and needs a dental – his bloodwork was OK which is encouraging! He sounds like such a nice dog who deserves to have the rest of his life be much better than what he just went through. If you can help, please let us know.
