Found – ODH Home for Jennie – Terrier-Chi Mix Girl

Found – PERMANENT ODH FOSTER HOME: Spayed female, 12#, maybe terrier-chi or ? This little girl is in the shelter as a “stray”, was quite terrified at first and through immediate vet exam, but after 2 days of adjusting she relaxed and has been friendly to volunteers, easy to handle and to walk. She has a big heart murmur that will need a cardiologist workup and really bad teeth with likely oronasal fistulas to repair-. Given her size, that might require a dental specialist but we don’t know for sure, and of course we aren’t sure that her heart condition will allow anesthesia without major risk. What we DO know is that she needs to get out of the shelter and into a safe ODH home with access to good vet care. If you have room, please let us know.
