Look at this sweet frosted face!  Taffy came toTaffy came to Regional Animal Services of King County as a stray at the beginning of December. When the staff traced the chip they found out her name is Taffy and she is a spayed 9 years old pit bull mix. No one came in to claim her unfortunately. She is now up for adoption and is such a sweet gal. She is looking for a home for the holidays.

The staff at the shelter have found that Taffy is potty trained, loves all people big and small, walks nicely on leash and enjoys pets and scritches. Taffy does have some separation anxiety and gets nervous when left alone, she just wants to be right next to you!  As the anxious lovebug that she is she would do best in a home with a family that can help her feel loved and secure.

Taffy might do well with other dogs but when meeting dogs in a new home she would do best with a slow introduction. If Taffy sounds like the perfect fit for you, come meet her down at the shelter!
