In many ways little (5.4 pound) Tasha is a typical ODH pup: she came with a badly infected mouth, luxating patellas that make her hop (literally, on three legs), a cough and hair loss with yucky skin.   She also came with an attitude – typical little pom!  We can’t fix her leg, but she manages to run without any problems.  Thanks to ODH, she has had a dental which cleared up the infection in her mouth and good vet care which has helped her skin heal.  Now she  has also grown some hair back (and we don’t mention the few bald spots)!  This tiny little girl follows her foster dad around and won’t let him out of her sight.

Tasha loves belly rubs, sleeps on her back and is a very good snuggler.  We are very grateful to ODH for letting us care for this amazing girl.

Update:  After a wonderful time in her ODH home, one morning this lovely girl just didn’t wake up.  She was very old and very tiny, and had the very best ‘last chapter’ possible.  Tasha, you will be greatly missed.
