Needs medical treatment
ODH PERMANENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED: 10-pound yorkie, neutered male, 11 years old. This cutie has some heart issues and the collapsing trachea so common in small breeds. He will need to be located with access to a cardiologist to get treatment started.
