“Howdy! My name is Badger and I am a handsome, sweet senior boy who loves to snuggle with volunteers at the shelter and go for leisurely walks. I am a smart boy! I know a few commands, including “sit”, “speak”, and “stay”. I “got lost” and a nice vet clinic took me in and waited to see if my people were looking for me. Well they never showed up so I went to Adopt-A-Pet to be adopted. I would love to find a forever home where I can spend quality time with my people. I made a best friend at the shelter; he was a small terrier mix but he was adopted. The vet said I am about 8-9 years old and that I need thyroid medicine. I’m taking the medicine daily and it helps. The people say it’s really inexpensive and that lots of dogs need this as they age. I’m a really nice boy, I promise!
