Hi! My name is Bernard, but my foster family calls me “Bernie”. I am 10, but you would never know it by the amount of energy I have! I love to be in the house with my humans. Cooking with them in the kitchen is my favorite. I can hang out on my own for few hours too, but like all pugs I much prefer when my people are around. I am a bit unsteady in my back legs, so I cannot walk up and down stairs, but I can do one here and there. I love going for short walks and car rides with my humans too. I will sleep in my crate at night, but also love sleeping in my human’s bed. I am house trained, but like most old guys it is better if I can go out often. I just had my dental and lost almost all my teeth, so I will need to be on soft food from here on out, but hey I am not complaining! If you pay attention to me you will get lots of tail wags, I am a really easy going guy and I am told super lovable!”

Bernard is cross posted for Pacific Pug Rescue and is in foster care in Portland, OR.

Bernard is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
