Billy is an 11-year-old pittie mix who is gentle and loving. Described as a 98 pound “house hippo”, he is good with all people and reportedly good with other dogs. His person sadly could no longer care for him, so he landed at the shelter.

Billy is a happy-go-lucky boy whose tail is always wagging. He is very eager to please. Billy is a smart boy, too, and very treat motivated, so he will be ready and eager for more training.  Billy is very athletic and will do well in an active home where he can join in on hiking, jogging, strolling around the neighborhood or playing in the yard.  And when you are all tired out at the end of the day, he will curl up next to you.  No question–Billy’s your buddy.

Billy is ready to complete a family! He is posted for the Seattle Animal Shelter. The Seattle Animal Shelter is located at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119.

Visit him at the shelter during open hours 1-5 pm Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. For more information about Billy and adopting him please phone: 206-386-7387 or email: seattleanimalshelter@seattle.gov

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
