We find Brandy so appealing! She weighs about 60 pounds and is guessed to be between 12-13 years old. Her breed mix is a mystery but whatever it may be, she’s lovely.

Brandy gets along with other dogs and cats. She has been camping with children and done well with them. Brandy remains active, walking well on leash unless she gets excited and then once told to heel, she listens. Brandy loves car rides and even going on boats. She’s been lucky enough to have home with someone who allows her to sleep in the bed with them. Brandy enjoys being petted, brushed and even vacuumed! (We are sure very gently)

It’s been a bit since Brandy last saw a vet. Her adopter should be prepared to get her in for a senior dog exam. We’re told she has arthritis in her hips, surely she’d appreciate some help for that to alleviate the discomfort.

This very nice girl sounds so well-behaved and truly delightful! Unfortunately she needs to find a new home because her people are gone for long hours every day and they feel she’s not getting the attention she deserves. With no fenced yard, she is tied up in the yard or she spends her day in one room alone. Someone will be very fortunate to add Brandy to their family.

Brandy is located in Yakima, WA.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
