Buddy

Looking for a Buddy? Well here he is! Buddy is an adorable mixed breed, 12 pound boy who is not quite 9 years old. Buddy has lived with other dogs, he prefers dogs his size but the belief is that he’d do best in a home as the only dog. He is not cat-friendly but he is good with kids age 10 and over. Buddy came to his current family about 7 years ago and he had some “baggage”; hard to imagine how someone could have been cruel to him as a puppy but it took some time for Buddy to learn to trust. He overcame this but one must keep in mind Buddy needs a home with someone gentle who will be loving and patient with him as he learns to adapt to a new home.

The presumed terrier in him makes him a bit barky but he balances that out as being loving and playful. Buddy is crated up to 6-8 hours a day, he can manage without a potty break during that time. When he’s not cuddling with his people, he enjoys going for walks, car rides and going camping. Buddy is ready to be your forever friend.
