Cleopatra was a beautiful dog whose name fit her, but her final fosters called her Cleo. She was surrendered to a shelter by her owner, in no shape for adoption, so ODH was asked to take her. Cleo stayed in one foster home for 8 months and then was moved to another ODH home where she was cherished and loved. Cleo was a quiet girl who was happy and friendly. She loved going for walks and cuddling up next to the other dogs in her home. Cleo had heart and lung disease that she struggled with. Her foster family watched her struggle as she developed dementia and vision loss and knew as her respiratory disease got worse that treating her would be too hard on her.

Cleo was sent on peacefully with a lot of love. She will be remembered for her gentle and lovely spirit.
