10 year old Clyde is a blend of bulldog and coonhound mix. What a face! His exact weight is unknown, but his owner estimates he weighs about 75 pounds.

Clyde has lived his life around other dogs and done well. He has not been observed around cats. While he is good with kids of all ages, he should not have to live with children who won’t be kind to him. This very loving and gentle fellow is cuddly and calm. He sounds so nice!

With the company of other friendly dogs, Clyde has been OK to stay home when his humans need to leave the house. It is a big help that he is dog door trained so he can go out to potty whenever he needs to. Clyde enjoys hanging out on the couch during the day and at night, he really loves being able to get into bed with his person! When asked about how often Clyde barks we are told “little to none”.

Clyde is accustomed to a large fenced yard to get out in and stretch his legs. While daily walks have not been a regular occurence, we are told he does well on leash.

At this time we are told Clyde does not have arthritis and he can do stairs. Clyde needs a home with someone who can and will afford his vetting. He is not current on his vaccines and it’s been 4 years since he last saw a vet. It is important for senior dogs especially to receive regular veterinary care and good quality dog food. This can help improve the quality of life for a dog and hopefully, prolong it!

Clyde is ready to make a loving addition to a new family. He is located in Stanwood, WA.
