Debra

8 year old Debra is a lovely girl who is dreaming of being a cherished family member.This adorable poodle mix weighs 21 pounds.  She would be happiest in a calm, predictable home where her people aren’t gone for the long work day.  She absolutely loves her people and loves nothing more than getting cozy with them whenever possible.  This girl has wonderful house manners and is a great little companion.

Debra has lived with other dogs and, although she loves having all the attention, she would be fine sharing her home with another dog.  It is unknown if she has any experience with cats so any cats in the home should be dog savvy and have a safe place to hide if necessary.  Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of small children her rescuers are asking for a home without children under 8 years of age.

Debra recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. Her liver values were elevated so she was treated with supplements. Her bloodwork was repeated and the results were favorable. Any interested adopters should be willing to monitor her liver values with yearly wellness exams and bloodwork. They should also be prepared to take Debra to regular grooming appointments.
