“My name is Domo. I’m going to do all of the talking today because my best friend, Lily, is taking a nap in the sun outside. That’s OK because I was napping earlier and I’m wide awake now. Me and Lily go way back, and after all that we’ve been through, I’m going to stay with my best friend no matter what! My foster Mom says that that is A-OK because many people like to adopt two dogs at one time. Foster Mom will tell you that we look after each other and keep each other company and all of that stuff is good for our mental health.

Because Furbaby Rescue took us in, we were able to go to a very nice doctor and we got full check ups. We even had our teeth cleaned. The doctor said we are very healthy. The only thing that I can say is that Lily loves to eat all of my food, so when you take us home, it would be best if you fed us in different rooms because Lily…well, you know…she’s a little tubby wubby right now. Lily weighs 26 pounds whereas I am a trim 15 pounds. Foster Mom says that that’s OK too because we are working on getting her weight down and we are exercising and doing yoga and trying very hard to make sure that she doesn’t have access to snacks and extra food!

I am a 9 year old Japanese Chin, a very special breed of Spaniel. I am sweet and athletic and I don’t even bark much! My bestie, Lily, is a Tibetan Spaniel mix; she’s 10 years old. Lily is also quite mellow and sweet and she isn’t much of a barker either. We aren’t clingy dogs, but we like to be close to wherever you are. We would really love for you to take us on all sorts of adventures. We can’t wait to meet our new parents!”

Domo and Lily are cross posted for Furbaby Rescue. They are being fostered in Olympia, WA.

These are not ODH dogs; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
