“Happy to meet you my name is Fang and I am a female  terrier mix!  Why the name Fang you may wonder?  Well I used to have one funny tooth or “fang” that stuck out, but that was when I was younger, and I recently had to have all my teeth removed!  A little about me…I weigh about 11 pounds and although on paper I am 15 yrs old, no one that meets me would believe that.  I am very active and agile, I can still jump on and off furniture with ease, going for a walk is no problem!  I also am still mischievous, and if you leave something where I can reach it, I am sure to get in it!

“I live with other dogs and cats and pay them no mind, I like being with my person, but I am also an independent lady!  I am potty trained and right now I have a doggy door that I use all the time, you will need a secure yard, because I like to look for ways to escape and go on my own adventures!  I have a funny habit of wanting to hide my food bowl, I will try to cover it in toys to disguise it!  Actually I have a lot of funny characteristics, I am just an all around fun girl to have around…at least that is what I have been told!

“I am a dog that will need regular professional grooming, and because I don’t have any teeth, softer food will probably be best.  I only have one medical issue and that is I have a heart murmur.  I got all checked out by a Cardiologist and they put me on some medication, but don’t worry this really doesn’t affect me at all!  I will just need a yearly follow up with a cardiologist!   Please don’t let the fact that my age is 15 stop you, I have lots of life left to live!”
