Ghost, a 12 year old neutered male Alaskan malamute, came to Regional Animal Services of King County as a stray. Ghost weighs 70 pounds and is considered a “large breed” dog. He is a gentle walking companion and enjoys being with people and getting all of the attention! I will appreciate being the only animal in your home.

Ghost is very well trained and knows how to “sit”, “down” and “come”. As an affectionate love bug he would be thrilled to hang out with you at home but would do best in a home with older children.

Ghost is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped! It has been discovered he has an allergy to chicken. Ghost’s adoption comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in pet insurance through Trupanion, a King County pet license if you live within Unincorporated King County and additional coupons to local pet stores!

If you are ready to fall in love with Ghost, please come check him out at RASKC today!  You can find out more about him and his other friends on the RASKC website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet.  Note that RASKC has moved back to walk-in services!  You can find out more information on their adoption process on our website as well.  If you have more questions, you can contact RASKC via phone at 206-296-7387 (PETS) or email pets@kingcounty.gov.  If you want to meet him or other pets in person, RASKC is open from noon to 5pm Monday through Friday, and noon to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Their address is 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
