Greta

Greta is a tender-hearted girl who is longing to be a cherished family member. Greta is an 8-year-old Japanese Chin who weighs 12 pounds. She loves, loves, loves everyone, including children. Her perfect home will shower her with love and compassion and always remind her how important she is.

Greta will be happiest in a home where her people will include her in their adventures. Whether it’s a day out on the sound or an afternoon just relaxing at home, Greta is the best companion you will find. Greta will need a family that will share their bed with her because, as they will find out, she is a champion cuddler and the best bed warmer ever!

Greta came from a living situation where other dogs placed her in danger. Her rescuers have found that she is doing well with other respectful, calm dogs in her foster home, and the belief is that while she is doing well, she would be happiest in a home where she can be someone’s one and only.

It is unknown if Greta has any experience with cats, but the belief is that her gentle nature tells us that she would be fine. However, any cats in the home should have a safe place to observe Greta as she navigates her new surroundings.
