Meet best girlfriends Jackie (white) and Pepsi (black and white). They are a sweet pair of miniature schnauzer mixes who each weigh 17 pounds .  Jackie is 8 and Pepsi is 9 and they are very bonded to each other, so the hope is to find a forever home for them that are happy to adopt both. They need an all adult home or one with older respectful kids. Both girls are reactive to cats.

Here is what their foster mom says about each:

“Jackie is a Cheerful fun gal. She likes to talk sometimes, making  a lot of funny noises. Jackie can be a bit barky. She walks very well on a leash and does well riding in the car. Highly motivated with food. Jackie enjoys her mealtimes but you must be quick about putting her out to potty afterwards. Do not delay! Jackie has a very sweet personality.  Aside from her best friend Pepsi, she has done well with other dogs. Jackie loves to be petted and enjoys watching T.V.

“Pepsi is a smart, quick girl. She enjoys barking if others are doing it. Pepsi is getting more
comfortable being picked up. She loves to ride in the car and walks very well on leash. Pepsi likes toys and loves to be petted. Pepsi is good at getting out to potty after mealtimes and will let you know by going to the door and then back to you. Pepsi enjoys the company of her best friend Jackie and has been good with her foster’s dogs. Pepsi likes to be challenged with sit, stay, lay down.”

Pepsi and Jackie are posted for CHEW Rescue, www.chewdogrescue.org/.  The pair is being fostered in Gig Harbor, WA. For more information about adopting them, please email: pawsontherun@gmail.com

These are not ODH dogs; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
