Jax is an 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier who weighs 11 pounds. He is a gentle boy who deserves to be a cherished friend. Jax believes that everyone is his friend, and his greetings are always happy, with his tail wagging. Jax would love a family that will include him in their adventures. He enjoys going for walks and rides in the car, and he is the best little sidekick. Jax also enjoys burying himself in a pile of blankets and getting as close to his person as possible. He loves with his whole heart!

Jax has been friendly to other dogs that he has met along the way, and he is enjoying the other dogs in his foster home. Now that he is getting comfortable, he is chasing the cat, so any cats in the home should be dog savvy and have a safe place to observe while Jax settles into his new home. Because of the quick and unpredictable nature of small children, his rescuers are asking for a home without children under 12 years of age.

Jax is posted for Save-A-Mutt. He is being fostered in Snohomish County, WA. If you’d like to learn more about Jax, please email: elizabeth@save-a-mutt.org or check out their Petfinder link: www.petfinder.com/dog/jax-a77eca6b-214f-4114-87ed-070216797914/wa/silvana/save-a-mutt-wa630/details/
