Juliet was found as a stray and was very skinny and sad. She has a big heart murmur which caused the vet at the shelter to give her a very poor health grade.

She had a huge bladder stone, which caused frequent urination and bleeding, and an inguinal hernia. She had never been spayed. She also has knee problems which causes her gait to be crooked.

Thanks to ODH she had a heart echo and was deemed okay for surgery. The bladder stone was removed and the hernia was repaired at the same time as the spay, and now there is no holding her back.

Today, she is exuberantly self-assured and doesn’t spare a moment to tell everyone how she is doing!

She still walks crookedly and her little legs give easily but she is brimming with energy and devotion. Her little personality just keeps blossoming with confidence. We are so glad she ended up a part of our family. No more hungry little one!
