Layla is a beautiful girl who longs to be a treasured family member. A “young” senior, Layla is 8 year old. She is well mannered and wants to please her people. Layla would be a great hiking, running or camping buddy. She would love a family that will include her in all their adventures. Just say the word and this girl is ready to go! Layla weighs 54 pounds.

Layla has been respectful to other dogs that she has met along the way. She is a bit forward with little dogs, therefore, we think that she will be her best self in a home with other dogs her size or bigger and preferably males. Her rescuers are asking for a feline free home since they have no knowledge about how she will react with a cat. Layla has lived with children and would be just fine with children older than 8 years of age or older who are respectful and gentle with dogs.

Layla recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines.

Layla is posted for Save-A-Mutt. She is being fostered in Snohomish County, WA.  If you’d like to learn more about Layla, please email: elizabeth@save-a-mutt.org or check out their Petfinder link: www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelter_id=WA630

This is not an Old Dog Haven dog. We urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
