Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!

“I am a 9 year old, 9 pound Shih Tzu.  My foster Mom says that I’m about as cute as a button and I know that I sure have come a long way from a not very good life.

I came into Furbaby Rescue matted and flea bitten.  I had bladder stones that were causing me a lot of pain.  My hair had gotten into my eyes and one of my eyeballs ruptured.

Luckily, my foster Mom knew just what to do, and off to the vet I went!  After several weeks of extra special care, I’m ready to go to my forever home.  I’m healthy and happy and I’m feeling great!

I loooooove everyone, but my absolute favorite thing is to chew and gum on my favorite little toys. I carry my toys around and bring them inside and outside and then I put them in my bed!  I do very well with small dogs and dogs who are as big as a Cocker Spaniel.  There is a big fat cat who lives here and I like her just fine, I guess.  I like to lick her ears because I think that they taste good!

I currently have a small back yard to sun myself in and I love to be outside whenever possible—until I get cold, that is.   If you love to garden, I would love to go out in the yard with you!

If you would like to meet me, please email over an application today.  I can’t wait to meet you!”
