Moira came to Old Dog Haven after being left a a shelter with a biography which included the line ‘she is the worst dog ever”.

Her foster family and everyone she meets disagree with that assessment.   Moira quickly saw a vet, thanks to ODH.  Unfortunately, in addition to dental issues, the vet discovered mammary cancer, because she is not spayed, and also heart disease which prevents the needed sedated procedures to remove the cancer and bad teeth.  However, Moira does not know she has any health issues and runs around like a young dog.

Thanks to the generosity of Old Dog Haven donors she is on needed medication and leads a happy and active life in her permanent foster home.
