Nugget

Little Nugget finished his long heartworm treatment, was mostly a gentleman during the long confinement necessary, learned to tolerate the many vet procedures, and had come such a long way in his confidence about people. Very sadly, signs of a brain tumor developed and symptoms increased fairly rapidly. He spent a few days of hospice in his foster mom’s lap, soaking up the love and comfort, and then was released from the body that was no longer under his control. His mom deserves so much credit for all the effort she made to truly rescue this little guy and give him a Happy Ending.
