Pasta

Pasta, a 13-year-old Chiweenie, made her way to Old Dog Haven when her owner could no longer keep her. Old Dog Haven found her an experienced foster home who instantly fell in love with this little character.

Pasta’s foster mom tells us why they think she is so special.

“She is super smart, a certified speed walker, fierce yard protector, master toy stealer and prefers to have all her family in one room together at all times.

“Pasta seems to fully understand human conversations and is often listening in like a little spy. She loves squeaky toys and going on adventures.”

Pasta is quite the outdoor enthusiast and her foster family can barely keep up with her energetic speed walking and her ability to hike for miles. She recently finished an eight-mile hike with ease and was ready to go again!

Pasta may be a senior but she proves you are never old to begin a new adventure.

Update: Pasta’s family had to let her go on Sunday.  She was quite the personality and they miss her very much.
