Sarge

Sarge is an energetic fella who would be a great walking, jogging or hiking buddy. He is 8 years old and weighs 15 pounds. Sarge is always happy and just wants to please his people.  Sarge is dreaming of a family that will include him in all their adventures. Just say the word and Sarge is ready to go.  He would really enjoy a home with a fenced yard where he can safely enjoy the scents and sounds of nature.

Sarge was a gentleman with his rescuer’s dog safety tester and would be fine in a home with another dog possessing the same respectful demeanor that he possesses.  It is unknown if he has lived with cats, therefore, any cats in the home should have a safe place to observe while Sarge adapts to his new environment. Sarge will benefit from a calm, predictable home where he can settle into his new environment.
