Loved attention
Shannie found herself in a shelter at about 14 years old, very fat and missing an eye. She joined an ODH family and decided to run it her way, but lost the extra weight and enjoyed lots of attention and walks despite some disc disease which wasn’t surprising given her breed mix. Eventually heart disease treatment was too hard for her kidneys and we knew that the time had come.
Her big personality and that adorable face will be missed.
