Shellie was a beautiful orange corgi mix, perhaps with pomeranian? At the age of 13 she landed in a shelter when her owner went into a nursing home. Shellie is a happy dog even though she has spinal spondylosis, torn cruciates, bladder stones and severe arthritis. She loves going on walks, at one speed unless a squirrel crosses her path. Then she can run pretty well! The vet found a tumor growing on her spleen so she spent her hospice time in an ODH home, thoroughly enjoying herself and adjusting quite well to a multiple dog household. When she came to her ODH home she was a very matted mess and seemed so sad. The mats left and so did the sadness.

Shellie was dearly loved and her ODH family treasured all the time with her.
