Teddy
A very friendly fellow!
Please note: The dogs in ODH's Final Refuge care are not adoptable due to medical reasons and all are in permanent homes. Your sponsorship supports the veterinary expenses for these dogs - and we thank you!
Teddy is an 11-year-old Lhasa who was adopted from a shelter in 2017 and then was found as a stray and returned to a shelter in 2023. This easy-going guy had huge bladder stones and cataracts in his eyes and the shelter staff contacted Old Dog Haven to find him a permanent home so he would never be homeless again.
Teddy is now safe in his Old Dog Haven forever home where he will get the very best vet care for the rest of his life. After his vet exam, he was referred to an ophthalmologist to monitor his vision. He had completely lost sight in one eye which has caused him some depth perception issues but he has adjusted and is now very comfortable in his new life.
His loving foster mom really loves everything about Teddy. He is described as very friendly, good-natured and gets along with any dog or human he meets! He loves going on walks, riding in the car and gets very vocal when it is time to eat.
This happy guy will spend the rest of his days being cherished and having lots of fun with his adoring family.
