“Hi, my name’s Trigger and I’m a 12 year old yellow Labrador Retriever who weighs 75 pounds. I am a good ol’ boy who is looking for a new home. I’d love a home where I get to be inside with my humans. I spend my time outdoors, alone now. I’ve lived with other dogs in the past and have done fine with them. My focus and attention is always on people as they can play fetch with me!

“Back in my youth I was a hunting dog. No one has seen how I react to cats but a home with them may not work for me. A home with kids age 8 and over may be very nice though. They might want to play ball with me, right? It’s been a long time since I last stayed inside a house but when I was allowed to do so, I was potty trained. I bet I could learn to use a dog door if you have one!

“One might find it hard to believe I’m a senior dog because I still have a lot of stamina. I am fine on leash and would LOVE a walk a day and time to play ball-did I mention my love of retrieving? I also enjoy a good swim but that can cause me to be sore. Glucosamine helps me with that.

“I’m looking forward to soon finding a warm, loving home with people who will want to spend time with me and yes, play ball!”
