Pretty Zoey is an 8 year old Labrador Retriever mix who weighs about 60 pounds. Zoey is described as “a very smart girl who is sweet and affectionate”.

Zoey is blind. After losing her vision she became more selective about dogs and interacting with them. Perhaps a home with a calm dog who won’t be reactive to a blind dog learning her way around a new home would be OK? Zoey has never lived with cats nor has she ever been observed around them. She is great with kind, respectful children.

Currently Zoey is spending long hours alone, the hope is she will find a home where she’s not spending so much time alone. She can manage between 5-6 hours without needing a potty break. Zoey walks well on leash and we’re told she enjoys the walks she takes twice a day.

Zoey has not had recent vetting, the reason she lost her vision is unknown. As with any adoption, an adopter should be committed to vet care and maintenance for the rest of a dog’s life.

This very nice girl who loves everyone is in need of an adoptive home soon. Zoey is located in Bothell, WA.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
