Apollo

8 year old Apollo is a 40 pound beagle/pug mix. This fellow sounds like a great dog! He is friendly with friendly dogs and has lived with cats and kids. We are told that Apollo is loving, loyal and will try to cheer his person up when they are down.

Apollo can stay alone when his person needs to leave the house. He will settle into the softest spot in the house and happily greet you upon your return. Apollo needs a potty break about every 5-6 hours.

If you’re looking for a buddy who likes to walk, Apollo is your guy! He enjoys 2-3 short walks a day, doing well on leash. He did have an ACL repair done 4 years ago so we’re told he has some arthritis in that leg. Apollo can manage stairs.

Apollo would love a home with someone who needs his attention. He wants to be with his person and only when someone is home and he is not with them will he become anxious. Apollo’s adopter needs to be understanding and patient with him while he adjusts to a new home. He is going to make a wonderful and loving companion for a person or family.
