Charlie and Buddy

9-year-old Charlie is a Shih Tzu mix. Charlie weighs about 23 pounds. Charlie came into the shelter with Buddy, and they are a bonded pair. These cuties are ready to leave the shelter and make their way to an adoptive home. Buddy is 3 years old, and he weighs 23 pounds. He is also a Shih Tzu mix. These best friends were owner-surrendered when their owner needed to go into assisted living. They were a little shy at first , but have warmed up to staff and done well in office foster.

Charlie and Buddy are in need of a home where they can stay together and continue to thrive side by side. These two may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but give them a little time and patience, and you’ll quickly see just how special they are.

Once they feel comfortable, their personalities really begin to shine. Charlie is the gentle greeter of the duo, welcoming his people each morning with soft tail wags and a calm, loving presence. Buddy brings a little extra sparkle, showing his excitement with the sweetest happy spins that are sure to make you smile.

Together, they offer the perfect balance of quiet companionship and joyful moments. They’re looking for a home that understands they may need a little time to adjust, but will be rewarded with double the love, loyalty, and heart once they do.
