Cosmo

“Hi, My name is Cosmo! I’m an 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier. I’m not one of those tiny yorkies, I weigh about 9 pounds.  If I had my choice, I’d be an only dog. I can’t tell you how I would react to a cat but I will remind you that I am a terrier…I can be barky and I don’t like it much when you mess with my food.

“What I really want is a home without kids, or at least a home without any young kids. I used to be my person’s one and only. She got me when I was a baby and I really was her baby. Then she brought home human babies and since then, I’ve been harassed. I hide a lot. It’s no way to live and I’m not happy anymore. It’s for the best that I find a new home.

“I am great on leash and while I don’t get out for walks much anymore, I’d appreciate a home where I can get out and stretch my legs. I like to play. I also enjoy sunbathing. I can do stairs and manage without a potty break for as long as 6 hours. I will stay alone if I must but I would love a home where someone is around more often. Most of all, I want a home with someone who has time for me. I will reward that person with all of my love!”

Cosmo is located in Everett, WA. hoping to find an adoptive home soon.
