Idaho
Sweet and easy to love
Idaho, also called Ida, is a lovely 9 year old lab mix who weighs about 60 pounds. True to the lab breed, she is happy, easy going and energetic. She loves to go for walks, and everyone she meets is a new friend. Ida is housetrained, crate trained and knows sit, down, stay and wait. She also knows shake. She is good with cats and other dogs but seems to prefer people. She is super smart and learns quickly and gives great eye contact when you are teaching her something new. She is fairly quiet but will let you know when someone is at the front door. Ida is kind and easy to love – who wouldn’t want to have her as company on your hikes, dog friendly outings or chilling at home?
Idaho is a young active senior looking for a new home. She arrived at the shelter in rough shape but she is feeling much better and is ready to go! She will need a meet and greet with any resident canines.
Idaho is posted for the Everett Animal Shelter located in Everett, WA. She is being fostered in an Everett Animal Shelter foster home. Interested adopters can send a completed adoption application to easseniordog@gmail.com. Applications can be found on the shelter website, www.everettwa.gov.
This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
