Sammie is a 9 year old English Springer Spaniel who weighs 47 pounds.  Sammie is sharing her foster home with a young male springer and a visiting senior lab.  She loves visitors and greets people passing on walks.  Sammie is just a delight and is described as an easy going girl.  She has no trouble with stairs, but likes a help up in the SUV.  Sammie is great on long walks and she needs a home with someone who will continue to exercise her.

Sammie is easy to groom, she is not a barker and house trained. Sammie has bonded equally with both of her foster parents.  Left in the house uncrated she does just fine but also doesn’t mind being crated.   Her history said she might get car sick on winding mountain roads but she has no problem on Seattle trips.  Sammie doesn’t play with toys but she does spin and chase her tail.

Sammie is cross posted for Springer Spaniel Rescue and she is being fostered in Seattle, WA.
The first step to adoption is the application at www.springerspanielrescue.org

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
