10 year old Milo is a 75 pound yellow lab/pit bull mix looking to find an adoptive home. Milo reportedly “loves little dogs” but he’s not good with large dogs, specifically German Shepherds. He has lived with cats and a free roaming rabbit; we are told he was good with all. Milo was protective of his family’s chickens when they had them. Handsome Milo is said to be great with gentle kids.

Milo has grown up with people who worked from home. He would do best in a similar situation, one where he was not left alone for long hours. Milo can go without a potty break for quite a while. He is good to stay inside when you are away from home, he’s very well behaved. Like all dogs, he does not want to be left outside all alone. He’s a social being who appreciates human companionship and the warmth and safety of a home.

He has been recently vaccinated but has never had any further vetting. Because he’s a senior dog, his adopter should be prepared to afford his care as he ages. He can do stairs at this time but we’re told he is “stiff”, so Milo would benefit from some help for that-perhaps some glucosamine or supplement for his joints.

Milo is a big strong boy who like to go for two walks a day lasting up to an hour each time! He can pull on leash when he picks up a good scent.  Milo enjoys playing tug of war and playing with his chew toy.

This sweet, sensitive boy is looking for a home with someone who will appreciate his devotion and desire to please his human. Milo is located  in Seattle, WA.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
