Looking for a sweet and smart buddy? Meet Rudy the Cutie! Rudy the chihuahua is approximately 8 years old and 11 pounds of love and companionship. He is an outgoing, fun and loving little guy who loves to visit new places and make new friends. Rudy loves tennis balls even though they might be too big for his mouth (he’s very optimistic). He is adorable as he falls asleep sitting up to make sure he doesn’t miss out on anything like getting in a cuddle – what a charmer! He is currently at the Larch Pet Training Camp where he is learning all sorts of new things. He now knows sit, down and how to walk nicely on leash. He loves learning new tricks especially if you’ve got treats. He is OK playing with other small and mellow dogs. He is both house trained and crate trained. He would prefer to live with children over 10 years of age since he is a bit on the smaller side. Rudy recently had a dental so his teeth are clean and sparkly. Like many senior dogs, Rudy has a heart murmur but he sure doesn’t seem to notice! He just keeps hoping to find his new family to love!

Rudy is posted for the Humane Society for Southwest Washington in Vancouver WA.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
