This is Simba, a spry and active “young senior” chihuahua weighing 11 pounds. Simba may be little but he sports a big personality! He is one of the first graduates from the Larch Pet Training Camp where he has lived with and learned from his inmate handlers for the past 7 weeks. Simba was a superstar in his Basic Manners Class. He sits, downs, walks nicely on leash and greets visitors politely. And that BIG personality – wow, he is happy, active and loves everybody, including other dogs. He will entertain himself playing with toys on his own but he really loves to cuddle. He is house trained and will sleep in a crate at night but he’s hoping to find someone to snuggle up and snooze with. Being such a gregarious little guy, Simba does not enjoy being alone so he will do best in a home where there is someone there to enjoy his company most of the time.

Simba is posted for the Humane Society of Southwest Washington in Vancouver WA.

THIS IS NOT AN ODH DOG; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
