11 year old Timber is a husky shepherd mix who weighs 110 pounds-that’s right a BIG boy.
Timber is described as a low maintenance boy who loves being brushed. He is friendly with other big dogs and cats. Timber has been good with gentle kids as well.

Timber does have osteoarthritis for which he takes an anti-inflammatory. Gradual weight loss would surely help his joints and improve his quality of life. We’re told he does well on leash and appreciates a short walk every day.

It is unknown how long Timber can go during the day without needing a potty break as he’s used to having a dog door to go in and out of his home as he pleases. Mostly Timber likes to sit outside and watch what’s happening. Reportedly Timber only barks at delivery drivers. He will howl as a husky knows how at dinner time though!

Timber sounds like a very nice dog who is in need of an adoptive home soon. He is waiting in Puyallup, WA. for his new family.

This is not an ODH dog; we urge prospective adopters to do their own evaluation.
