Toby

Handsome Toby is an 11 year old rottweiler mix. While he may be a big boy at 95 pounds, he wants to be your lapdog. We are told that Toby lived with another dog for 9 years until she passed away (his mother) and he is good with other dogs he meets. Toby has lived with cats. He does well with kids of all ages but since he has some arthritis, a home with gentle children who will not climb or pull on him would be best. Reportedly he can do stairs at this time but as he ages, this will more than likely become difficult.

He’s great on leash and appreciates a daily walk. Toby needs to potty every 4-5 hours. Because of this, he’s spent most of his days outside when his family is gone and then been inside when his people return. Perhaps he can find a home with a dog door or one with someone who is home more often? Toby’s described as “95 pounds of pure love and snuggles”. He is a friendly boy who warms up to new people easily. Doesn’t Toby sound wonderful?
